About Us
The mum behind Your Village
Hi, I'm Jessica - a certified coach with a background in HR and organisational development. After navigating my own return to work after maternity leave, (twice) I knew there had to be a better way, so I built Your Village around what working mums actually need.
I offer 1:1 coaching across the full maternity journey: pre-leave preparation, support during leave, and the return-to-work transition. My sessions are warm, honest, grounded in practical tools and relatable. At the point of return to work I offer group sessions which are rooted in the belief that we need a village around us - we work through challenges together using shared experience, open conversation and guided coaching activities.

The Community Programme: a four-part in-person workshop series
Cheltenham, at the heart of the Cotswolds
Our small-group workshop series is for women returning to work after maternity leave. Each session runs two hours and covers a distinct theme - from imposter syndrome and the juggle, to advocacy, identity and goal-setting. Between sessions, you'll have access to resources and a community of women who get it.

Workshop One
Finding Your Feet
We start by naming what no one talks about — the guilt, overwhelm, and identity shift. You'll leave with practical tools to manage competing demands.
Workshop Two
Owning Your Worth
We dig into the confidence knock so many returners experience. You'll map your transferable skills, challenge the imposter voice, and reconnect with your professional identity.
Workshop Three
Making It Work
A practical session on advocating for yourself at work, holding boundaries, and planning the return in a way that works for your whole life.
Workshop Four
Building Your Village
We close with a focus on sustainability — setting goals, celebrating how far you've come, and staying connected to the community you've built.
