Returning to work is hard. Doing it alone is harder. Let’s not.
Your Village is a group coaching programme in Cheltenham, helping women return from maternity leave with the confidence, clarity, and community that every mum deserves.
Because it really does take a village.
Your Village is a four-part, in-person workshop series held in Cheltenham, at the heart of the Cotswolds.
Designed for women returning to work after maternity leave - whether you’re getting ready to go back or have already made the leap.
This coaching-led programme helps you rebuild confidence, develop strategies to manage the juggle, and feel connected to something bigger.
Rooted in the belief that no mother should navigate this alone!
Your Village offers a space to be open, to feel understood, and to connect with others who are walking the same path. Through shared stories, reflective coaching, and practical tools it creates a local community of working mums.
The result? A confident, supported return - with applicable skills and a village behind you.

Workshop One
Confidence | Identity | Imposter Syndrome
Explore who you are now, build confidence in your return, and challenge the self-doubt that creeps in. Learn how motherhood has strengthened your skillset - not set you back.
Workshop Two
Boundaries | Time | Self-care
Tackle the mental load, set realistic boundaries, and share strategies to balance work, home, and everything in between - with less guilt and more grace.
Workshop Three
Flexibility | Rights | Planning Ahead
Get clear on your workplace rights, childcare options, and how to advocate for what you need. Walk away with practical tools and the confidence to use them.
Workshop Four
Support | Connection | Coaching
Build your ongoing network, reflect on your journey, and set personal goals for what comes next. Leave with tools, connections, and an open door to further coaching.
About us
Hi, I’m Jessica, founder of Your Village, mum and step-mum of four, and someone who has stood exactly where you are now.
My First Return: Overwhelmed and Underprepared
The first time I was heading back to work after maternity leave, I was overwhelmed.
I didn’t feel like the same person I was before - and yet I was expected to slip seamlessly back into my old role, with the confidence, clarity, and energy I didn’t quite have.
The Second Time: Still Hard, but Less Alone
Second time around, I knew a little more.
But it still wasn’t easy.
What made the difference?
The people around me - and the tools I’d begun to gather for myself.
Why I Created Your Village
Your Village was born from that space - the messy, emotional, powerful moment where life as a parent meets life as a professional.
It exists to help women returning to work after maternity leave find their footing again - with:
practical tools
peer support
space to grow with confidence
My Background
HR professional with a CIPD-accredited background
Experienced in learning and development and facilitation
Qualified coach, trained at Henley Business School
I’ve brought together everything I know about people, performance, and personal development - and shaped it into the return to the work programme in Cheltenham that I wish I’d had myself.
If you’re returning to work and wondering:
How will I manage it all?
Will I ever feel like me again?
Where do I even begin?
Welcome to Your Village.
You don’t have to do it alone.

A golden thread of coaching runs throughout - encouraging self-awareness, goal-setting, and personal insight without judgement or pressure.
Workshops are tailored to 8-10 participants, we choose to keep the groups small to keep the experience personal and high-impact.
